Cordial Resort Holiday Reviews

This was our second visit to Cordial Mogan Playa. Sometimes re-visiting places you have been before can be disappointing, but this was certainly not the case, if anything it was more enjoyable/relaxing. We were very pleased that we decided to book direct through the Cordial Group's in house agent, it was very straightforward, the whole process felt more open/transparent than some of the other agents we looked at, and the price was more competitive as well.

This was our 5th visit and we are never disappointed. The friendly staff always welcome you with a smile and say how nice it is to see you again.

Food, service and ambiance are all excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Its position close to the harbour means that you can have a stroll around at any time.

Great Hotel - visit yearly - only disappointment was this year with the food. Seem to be trying to make savings by buying cheaper cuts of meat ie: you could have soled peoples shoes with many of the roast joints and the chops were either just bone or you could spend hours just trying to chew the meat.

In addition the fish choices were mainly sole or hake - cheap but boring.

Once again, the Cordial Mogan Playa has delivered a fantastic experience. Everything mentioned above, as always, outstanding service. The Animation Team 2016 were fantastic. Thanks to Hermes, Leo, Mateo and the other for making the days more joyous. Their skills in dealing with people and their general enthusiasm was fantastic. Their level of skills in delivering the Yoga and Water Aerobics (the classes we attended) were very impressive and great fun (especially Leo!).

Our thanks to all the team in this hotel who are so friendly and helpful. It makes our experience so good. We will go back next year!

An outstanding and quiet resort. This is our 9th visit to Sandy Golf and we intend to continue returning. We are back in September for another week.

If it is 5* luxury you are after this is not the place however if it is a quiet clean and relaxing time you are after this is the place.

Great complex. Not full of Brits in the slightest so quite pleasant. Entertainment a bit hit and miss. Free bus to the beach. Second time booked. Third awaiting in September.

We had a wonderful time. It suited our needs perfectly.

We were returners to Sandy Golf and were not disappointed as its a beautiful place, the gardens especially are well kept. Excellent service with friendly staff, clean comfortable accommodation with flexible arrangements for eating. We chose self catering and there was a wide selection of restaurant's in the area. We will return again as we haven't found anywhere better for good service and value.

The rooms are well equipped, comfortable and always clean. A shame they charge a daily rate for the use of the safe in the room.

The children's and family swimming pools are perfect with good eye lines for parents of the more adventuresome in the water. plenty of sun loungers etc.

Breakfast has a very wide buffet choice again meeting all the age and dietary needs

Evening entertainment is provided of mixed appeal but also plenty of bars with space for groups or couples to relax.

A wide choice of activities are provided daily.

All in all a very good choice and we would return.

Seventh year running, we have visited this complex, are family joined us on this last trip. Loved it, bungalows basic however very clean, gardens, pool, great. No shortage of sun beds. Love the variation of places to visit.

Will be back in March 2017, if not before.

Such a lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Junior suite was great- very spacious and peaceful.

Fantastic staff ,great food so clean will be going back can't wait.

Breakfasts reasonable but poor on cereals. Dinners very poor food mostly almost cold and service from chef like you would expect in a transport cafe. He just throws the cuts of meat on the plate and then a sponge of gravy all over the plate. We ate out on three nights to get a nicely served meal. Restaurant to large found it difficult to find my way and by the time I found all I required for my main meal and went back to my table I had to eat quickly as food was getting cold.

Comfortable apartments,clean good size terrace, great food and service.

Lovely resort.

Valle Apparments were dissapointing. Room was ok, food very ordinary as were the facilities. We felt it was expensive for what was provided.

The sister hotel was 500% nicer, sadly it was fully booked.
