Wonderful holiday after 7th visit feel like part of the family our 2nd home. Certainly ticks all our boxes.

Trying for an 8th visit this hotel is now so popular always full and no room. Well done Cordial we will keep trying look forward to seeing you all again.

Very spacious hotel with a massive choice on the menu, lovely location suggest you do not bother travelling to north of the island. Puerto Morgan is all you will need.

Disappointed that my granddaughter's EGG ALLERGY was difficult in the hotel.After a problem with contamination at breakfast she could not eat this meal in the resuarants due to contamination of utensils and lack of assurance about breakfast food preparation..

Dinner in the main restaurant included many forms of pasta dish,but not one egg free option,

Although the hotel claims to take ALLERGIES seriously and labels some dishes we could not rely on the information after the breakfast risk which caused my granddaughter to loose two days holiday due to illness and treatment.

We would like to visit this hotel again,but would need serious assurances on the ALLERGY issue.

It was a fantastic stay and my family thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great hotel and apartment with very large balcony. Staff friendly and accommodating. Splash park excellent and plenty of sun beds. Food excellent. We stayed half board and would recommend to families.

A great Hotel, full of character, set in lovely grounds and well located for the harbour and front of the charming Peurto Mogan. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. My wife and I stayed in June 2014 and were so impressed we booked to return in June 2015, we had some trepidation and feared on return we would not find the same charm, there was no need to worry, just as good on second visit. Now we look forward to our next stay.

This will have been our 3rd visit to the Mogan Playa and we were not disappointed. It is a lovely spacious hotel set in gorgeous grounds, with everything you could ask for. All areas are clean and well laid out, the staff are very attentive and any concerns you may have are rectified immediately. We could not recommend the hotel enough, you will not be disappointed.

Great hotel in a fabulous location in pretty Playa Mogan. Been here twice now and wouldn't hesitate coming back. A must for families.

My wife and I had our third stay at the Mogan Vallee and received the same high standard of service, facilities and room as on the previous 2 occasions. My wife has mobility problems and the topography of the surrounding area is ideal for her. As it happened I had ruptured my achilles tendon the day before we flew and, with the help of a walking stick, was able to get about with no major problems. Once again, the staff were excellent and did everything they could to make our stay extremely enjoyable.

Gorgeous hotel.. Beautiful pool area and gorgeous food!! Would go back in a flash! There was no beach nearby but only a bus journey away from Los Christianos which we loved!! The only thing that may affect some people is the air traffic noise but this didn't bother us at all! It just means you haven't got far to travel from the airport!! :)

This was our second stay here, loved every minute. Lovely large, clean rooms, great food and drink, very reasonable price for bottle of house in restaurant at 5 euro, good entertainment during day and night for kids. We'll be back!

This was the second time that we stayed at the hotel. We stayed in a family room which was very large and enabled the adults to have some privacy as they are like two interconnecting rooms. The public areas (reception, bars, restaurant, pool) were always very clean. The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. The pools are lovely and perfect for families with children of all ages. There is some pool 'entertainment' at the bottom pool but is mainly sport related and isn't 'in your face'. The food choices are excellent in the restaurant (we went half board), plentiful and fresh. We also sampled the on site 'a la carte' restaurant which was excellent. The town is a couple of minutes walk away including a well stocked Spar where you could get fresh bread etc daily to make lunch. The town, marina and beach were also perfect for a family holiday - not much nightlife though if you are a twenty something on holiday with your friends! It is easy to hire a car or go on a boat trip to neighbouring resorts and there is an excellent waterpark nearby. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

This was our first family holiday in a hotel (2 kids aged 4 and 7) and it has presented us with a problem for our next; we want to go to somewhere different, but The Mogan Playa set such a high standard, it set a very high bar! We had great rooms, with an interconnecting private entrance space, that was great. Food was great as was general service - the place was very well decked out and very clean, with great service from the staff. In particular; the people at the kids club were fantastic - worked so hard day and evening to keep the kids entertained: they still speak fondly of them and still sing the songs! Would totally recommend to anyone with a young family. We even managed to relax by the pool!

We have stayed here a few times during the easter holidays and we always book a 2 bedroom apartment. The complex is great, enough to keep the kids entertained without being too biased towards the family market. Everything is clean and well maintained and the staff and cleaners are efficient and friendly. My only complaint is that you can't get a decent coffee around the soft play area as the bar doesn't open until lunchtime.

Almost frightened to post a good review in case they become totally booked up! We love these bungalows! The site is kept spotlessly clean and all staff are really friendly and so helpful. Rooms are basic, but comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely pool and plenty of sunbeds available. Great having your own patio area for eating and sunbathing. Honestly can't fault them. Enjoyed our stay so much we've booked to go twice again this year...as do many of their other regular guests.
