Having been to this complex for the past 6 years I decided this year to go a step further & book a room with a hot tub outside. This was to be a surprise for my husbands 60th birthday as family & friends were going to be there as well . Unfortunately the hot tub was a bit of a disaster as it wasn't the most clean of hot tubs in this country. No instructions were given on how to work it & parts were broken.

Apart from this the room, staff , pool area etc were excellent. We always go self catering so can't comment on the food as this complex is situated in an area where you can go a short distance away & find lots of eateries. Would certainly recommend this complex for a nice relaxing break - minus the hot tub.

Love this hotel. I go back time and time again with family or by myself. Service, food and entertainment are incredible. The grounds and facilities are so well kept. I have been for Christmas also which was just an amazing experience. I recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

The overall holiday at the hotel was up to 5 star we did not eat there so I cannot comment on that, but everything else was excellent and would recommend it to anyone.

This was our second visit to Cordial Mogan Valle Apartments, and we will almost certainly return. We are not one to go back to the same place, but this accommodation is special, perfect for young families and couples alike. How can this be you say, this place is huge, but the way it is designed there is always a place to seek peaceful rest around the hotel, or on your massive balcony of which you will not believe. First time we stayed half board, which was fine, but you are allocated an evening time slot, this may not suit all. This time we decided on b&b, the breakfast has everything you might want and will set you up for a day by the pool. The advantage of this is you can still have dinner at the restaurant paying a price per person around £20 I think, its a buffet and if would be hard not to find something you would like, but leave room for dessert, the gateaux are incredible. You are with in 10 minutes stroll the harbour where you will find a small man-made beach laid out with sunbeds, then over a bridge you enter the main harbour surrounded by restaurant's, local food with a view mostly at a reasonable price considering location. Opposite the hotel is a minimart for all your needs, and also a sports bar with a friendly owner, he shows all the major premiership and European football, Rugby and also does food. So all in all you cannot go far wrong, you never need leave the hotel if you choose, but there is plenty to see and discover if you do.

Spent a week there in a Junior Suite last year and enjoyed it so much we are going back again in March. The breakfast buffet for people in Junior Suites is great. The evening buffet is OK but not a great fan of buffet dinners. The a la carte restaurant there is excellent and worth using the 15 euro discount in lieu of buffet dinner. Lovely hotel.

We have been many times to the Golf Plaza and enjoyed it each time, so much so that we have booked another 2 weeks in May. The staff are always very helpful and polite, nothing is too much trouble. The value for money is also unbelievable. We're looking forwards to our return in May

In a quiet area with a couple of commercial areas within easy walking distance,

you can get bus to Playa De Las Americas outside.

This hotel is amazing. Everything is perfect here. We spent Christmas in this hotel. The event was carefully thought out and every detail was taken care of, in a thoughtful way and the standard was impeccable. What I like mostly about this hotel is their true friendliness. Every member of staff are so kind and considerate. The food and everything else is also outstanding. This was our third visit to this hotel. We liked it so much, we tried to book to stay last minute over the New Year as well. There was a waiting list and I'm not surprised. We found a local apartment in Playa de Mogan and we booked our New Year Dinner at the hotel. It was amazing. Thank you Cordial. See you again soon!

An excellent holiday ... I've been here four times before! The location is good and the accommodation is very good. My only complaint is that, in spite of requesting air conditioning (because of health reasons) it was not available. I was told that only six bungalows had AC ... This is surely unacceptable given the climate. Otherwise, all good and I hope to return this year but only if I can book AC.

We stayed at the Cordial Mogan Playa last summer (my wife and I and our six year old daughter) and all had a fantastic time. We found the hotel via Trip Advisor and were suitably impressed with the number of amazing reviews, so decided to check it out for ourselves..

The location was excellent and the hotel was always spotless. The staff were great - genuinely friendly, polite and very helpful, and our daughter made a few new friends who remembered her name and always said "hola!" whenever they saw her (she already knew a few Spanish words / phrases which I'm sure was appreciated!).

The room was as requested (on a high, quiet floor) and the restaurant was excellent with a great selection of food that varied throughout our stay and the split sittings worked really well (and the restaurant team were very helpful when we requested a change in time on a couple of occasions).

The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss, but the majority of people seemed to love it (especially the kids!), so overall I'd be hard pushed to find fault with the Corsdial Mogan Playa, would happily stay there again and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a really comfortable, relaxing holiday.

Having stayed here in March for a business trip I returned with clients (I run a cycling business) and the experience on both occasions was very positive on all fronts. If I had to pick a stand out feature that the hotel offers it has to be the staff because they all have the ability to pull everything else together into the seamless experience that both myself and clients have experienced on the previous two trips. Everyone that we have come into contact with at the hotel from the cleaners to the business management team understand why service is important. We're heading back in two weeks time and again in November.

A very pleasant stay and staff very helpful generally-good location.

However, and this is based on staying in over 1,000 various hotels worldwide-it is the only hotel where irons could not be provided to guests!

I found this the most bizzare stipulation - future guests -take note
