We’ve stayed at the Cordial Mogan Playa six or seven times throughout the years and each stay just keeps getting better and better. The ambiance is so relaxing and it really feels like a home away from home to us. Jose and all the staff do an outstanding job and we really couldn’t recommend it more. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with your every need catered for, then this is the place for you. Can’t wait to get back! Steve, Liz & family.

We have holidayed at Mogan Valle apartments 4 times and have always enjoyed it.

We as a couple enjoy the fact that there are excellent facilities for children yet there is a quiet pool for adults where there are normally no children or quietness is encouraged. If you wish you can sunbathe in private on your own excellent large balcony.

The location in the resort is excellent and Puerto de Mogan is attractive with plenty of shopping and eating opportunites. Excellent for self catering.

Although more than 50% of the guests seem to British or Irish there has been no functioning english language channel on our last 2 visits. Other languages are well served

I have noticed a review I did last year and obviously had a problem with the slider as my result showed only 2 stars. Totally untrue as these are the best apartments I have ever been to with friendly staff and excellent service. We have been many times and look forward to our next visit.

Stayed here in September for ten days. We couldn’t believe the size of the bungalows and the lovely gardens they were set in. The bungalows were cleaned every other day at least with clean towels etc. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. It also has an amazing pool. We liked it so much that we returned for a week in November and have booked for next year.

Hi to all at Cordial Mogan Valle,

I hope you are all keeping well.

I don’t very often do this, but I just had to let you know of my experiences at Cordial Mogan Valle.

I just want to thank you for the way you made us all so welcome and relaxed during our recent stay with you from Sept 8th to Sept 22nd.

This was our second visit to yourselves, last year we came as a party of 5, this year we were a party of 8, and none of us can get over, or believe just what great holidays they have been. The surroundings are beautiful, Puerto de Mogan itself is such a pretty place and so relaxed, with a wonderful beach and array of restaurants too.

But Cordial Mogan Valle is an outstanding hub for any trip to Gran Canaria. The level of facilities is good, the apartments are great too, both years we have booked 2 bedroom superior apartments, and they were great. The size of the apartments is exceptional, the rooms all being very spacious with all of the necessary items required for a comfortable stay. The size of and equipment of the balcony in each apartment is a great bonus too, spacious enough to sunbathe, eat, socialise or just watch the day go by.

The highest praise and commendation has to be saved for your customer service, the level of not only professionalism of your staff on reception, but also the way they take an interest in the guests, they listen and they care about any request made of them.

To illustrate, I came to Cordial Mogan Valle with a serious back injury, which I am waiting to have fixed in hospital, which made my holiday this year rather painful and uncomfortable. However, I rented a disability scooter for the 2 weeks, your staff were more than happy to allow me to leave the scooter in reception at night and to charge it using the plug in reception.

On another occasion a taxi arrived for us which was too small to take the scooter for our trip to Puerto Rico, however one of your kind staff offered us the use of a wheelchair so that we could still make our trip as planned and enjoy our meal together. Outstanding service that I will not forget.

During our stay it was my birthday, for which I kindly received a bottle of wine and a free cocktail, a lovely touch.

We were all very impressed at the speed in which you resolve any problems too, such as the fridge that was not working properly, or the main door that would not close correctly. The fridge was replaced within minutes of our request and on another occasion we were quickly moved to another room when the door could not be fixed immediately. Believe me, we have stayed in far more expensive accommodation in Europe where the customer service and care does not come anywhere near the standards at Cordial Mogan Valle.

Without any doubt, we will continue returning to your Hotel, yes it offers everything we need for a comfortable stay on your beautiful island, but most of all it offers standards of customer service from all of your staff, reception staff, maintenance workers, bar staff, pool staff and cleaners that we cannot compare to anywhere else we have stayed for a holiday.

I hope this message is relayed to the owners of Be Cordial, as they need to know just what a fantastic job you are doing, and how the manner of their staff at Cordial Mogan Valle are affecting so positively the quality of holidays your customers are experiencing at your hotel.

Finally, just a big thank you to you all for making our family holidays so special and be assured that we intend to keep coming back, in fact we’ll see you next September.

Stayed at our usual sandy golf bungalows.the staff at this resort can't do enough to ensure your holiday is very enjoyable from start to finish. The weather has been tremendous hope to return soon

Great place. We have visited with friends at least 8 times and were sad that March 2021 was cancelled. See you in November.

Early December 2019. 2nd visit in a year. Clean environment lovely gardens in safe secure resort. Staff helpful and curtious. Great place to unwind,relax and chill after a busy year. We found plenty to see and explore both within the resort and also down at the beach or marina. Colourful little streets to minder down. one of our party Required a gluten free diet. The hotel were most accommodating providing gluten free bread, rolls and pastries to accompany the many gluten free options in the main restaurant. Left feeling totally relaxed and ready for the Christmas festivities at home. We will certainly return.

This has been our 4th visit to Cordial Playa de Mogan.From arrival to departure it was 1st class.My sister had been in June and left her new GHD straighteners but was unsure of phonecall received from hotel that she didnt want yo pursue.I gave them her details and room number and they said they would check if they had them. She didnt hold out much hope but imagine her delight when they still had thrm and I took them home to her..amazing! We were also treated to a gift as we were celebrating our 30th anniversary, Champagne and visit to the Spa. Wonderful! The room was spacious, clean with a terrace and had maid service every day.The food offered various choices and had no bother finding something we liked every day as we booked half board. We enjoyed the cocktails in offer..maybe too much as the night drew in lol! Its so relaxing, welcoming and nothing too much bother from sll staff as do friendly and professional.We wouldnt stay anywhere else! Well done Team Playa dd Mogan.Full marks from us and a big Thankyou!

Visited for a week with my adult daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms had a lovely balcony with a view of the pool, the welcoming was excellent , the food was good with plenty of choice, frequent replenishment of the buffet and highly efficient and friendly staff.

The bar area is delightful and the landscaping is very tasteful. We particularly liked the mixed of nationalities and ages with a very good balance from young to old and a lot in between !

My only complaint was that the additional cost of the tennis at €12 a game seemed a bit steep and equipment was on top of that . Otherwise very good value for money .

The food. The location. The ambience. The tranquillity. The complete relaxation. The flora. The pools. The amazing facilities. The privacy. The security. The family friendly atmosphere. The couple friendly atmosphere. The young and old friendly atmosphere. The the very knowledgeable reception. But mostly the the unbelievablyfriendly staff. Cant wait to go back. Love it.

Ps please extend the bar hours in the lobby if only for those who've been travelling most of the day and arrive late into the night exhausted and all they want is a relaxing cocktail or similar to unwind before retiring.

Not the first visit to this hotel but one of the best holidays with the family for a long time. Hotel is still fantastic
