The Cordial Mogan Valle is located in Puerto Mogan, which is still very much a working fishing village where the 'catches of the day' are brought ashore to the harbour each morning and served in the established restaurants which surround the harbour every evening, ideal for those that enjoy only the freshest fish. One of the best places to sit and while away the time over a cool drink and fish of the day is the bar El Faro (the lighthouse) which is found at the harbour entrance.
The town centre is traffic free and in the area of the marina all the houses are built in typical two storey Canarian-style with balconies draping bougainvillea and hibiscus plants. This is where you will find the best bars and restaurants in the resort . There is an Irish bar, which is very stylish and serves Irish stew alongside some excellent steaks. A recent addition is the man-made beach with sands brought from the Sahara, the beach stretches for a couple hundred metres with sun loungers and umbrellas for hire. It is built in a sheltered bay so is very safe for bathing and swimming for people of all ages. Just behind the beach is a new promenade with various shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
