The Cordial Green Golf has 250 one bedroom duplex style bungalows. All of which enjoyed a recent renovation which has left them in an immaculate condition, with modern furnishings and decor. Each bungalow offers a small grassed area or terrace where guests can enjoy sunbathing or alfresco dining in private. Behind the outdoor areas is the entrance leading into the lounge and kitchenette area which offers cooking facilities including coffee maker and toaster so that guests can enjoy the independence of a self catering holiday. The lounge area is separated by a breakfast bar and has a sofa bed for one person and a satellite TV (for hire). Up the stairs is the first floor which hosts a twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. Leading off is a balcony which will overlook the swimming pool, Maspalomas golf course or surrounding area.

All Bungalows are of a brilliant standard, recently refurnished, guests can expect a well decorated and spotless presentation, with modern facilities and soft furnishings.
